The Deluxe 3.2 attic stairs differs from the standard “Deluxe” attic stairs because it is designed to reach ceiling heights of up to 3.2 meters, where the standard Deluxe attic stairs can only reach a 2.9 meter ceiling.

Both the door and attic ladder are spring loaded, meaning you do not have to take any weight while opening the hatch or pulling down the ladder, this makes this model particularly easy to operate.
The attic ladder is constructed from powder coated steel while the frame is constructed of zinc coated steel.
The hatch door is fully insulated and draft sealed for minimal heat loss and no draft.

ATTIC LADDER SUPPLIED & FITTED

This is the retractable mezzanine ladder, which is designed for access to mezzanine levels.

The retractable mezzanine ladder is spring loaded, constructed using pressed sheet steel and is operated using the supplied pole. One telescopic handrail is fitted as standard and a second can be added on request. There is also two sturdy, one metre high grab rails at the top of the ladder to assist in climbing off and on to the ladder. We can also supply quotes for custom railings.

The Wood Fire 45 attic stairs has a certified 45 minute fire rated hatch. This attic stairs is suitable for situations where only a 45 minute fire rating is required.

The door hatch of this attic stairs is spring loaded. The ladder section is the same timber folding design as the “Thermo” attic stairs.

The “Deluxe Fire 60” attic stairs has a certified 60 minute fire rated hatch. This ladder has been supplied and fitted by us, in countless schools, hospitals and commercial buildings throughout Ireland.

The hatch is tested and certified to be fully fire resistant for 60 minutes. Both the door and ladder are spring loaded allowing the trapdoor to be opened and the ladder to be opened out with ease by pulling them down using the supplied pole. The ladder section is the same scissor style design as our “Deluxe” attic stairs. Like all of our ladders this is a premium product which is designed and built to the highest standard.

The Mezzanine model is a fixed ladder, which can be rolled in or out to create space in the lower room.

This is a very sturdy heavy duty mezzanine ladder. There are heavy duty wheels with breaks on the bottom of the ladder for ease of movement. It features fixed handrails on both sides. The ladder can come in a powder coated white or grey finish.

This product, like the Ultra High, Auto Electric and Vertical, is part of our “Custom” range of attic stairs, meaning that this is a bespoke product which is custom made to order for each customer. Because of this, there is a 5 – 6 week waiting period and we require a 50% deposit on ordering.
